There are moments in life that quietly change the direction we’re walking.
Not through force, but through listening.
 
For O, this work began as a personal healing journey - a gradual remembering shaped by lived experience, practice, and time. Through yoga, sound, meditation, and tea, she learned to slow down, return to the body, and trust the wisdom that lives within.
 
This process of coming home - again and again - became the ground from which One with O emerged.

O is a yoga teacher, sound healer, and tea facilitator who creates gentle, grounded spaces for people to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

 

Born and raised in Thailand and based in Hong Kong for over twenty years, her work is informed by cultural curiosity, long-term practice, and a deep respect for the body as a place of truth. What began as a physical yoga practice gradually revealed itself as something much deeper — a pathway into self-discipline, emotional awareness, spiritual wellbeing, and inner freedom.

 

Yoga, for O, is not something that happens only on the mat.

It is a way of listening.

A way of living.

A way of returning to centre.

Through unexpected challenges and life transitions, these practices became tools for healing, grounding, and self-trust. Over time, sound healing and tea ceremony naturally wove themselves into her offering — not as techniques, but as ways of creating stillness, safety, and presence.

 

Today, O holds space with warmth, intuition, and care. She works slowly, honouring each person’s pace, meeting them where they are rather than where they think they should be. Her intention is not to fix or transform, but to support remembrance — of wholeness, worthiness, and inner goodness.

 

People often leave her sessions feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and quietly reconnected — as if something essential has been remembered.
