Yoga

Yoga

A practice of alignment, awareness, and embodied presence.

O’s yoga is slow, grounded, and alignment-based, with close attention to safety, breath, and mindful movement. The practice encourages sensitivity to how the body moves, settles, and responds, moment by moment.

 

Classes draw from Hatha, gentle Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Emphasis is placed on foundations, breath awareness, and the relationship between body and mind, creating a practice that supports both strength and nourishment.

 

Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this approach offers space to build stability, deepen self-awareness, and move with greater ease.

 

People often leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and quietly reconnected — as if something essential has been restored.

Sound

Support for the nervous system. Space for rest and release.

Sound sessions create an environment where the body can soften and the nervous system can settle. Guided intuitively and shaped by what is needed in the moment, each session supports rest, emotional release, and energetic recalibration.

 

Sessions may include sound, aromatherapy, gentle head massage, and Reiki, all held with care, presence, and sensitivity. The focus remains on safety, attunement, and allowing the body to receive without effort.

 

This work is especially supportive for those feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, fatigued, or energetically heavy — and for anyone seeking deep rest within the pace of city life.

Tea at One with O offers a quiet container for slowing down and returning to simplicity. Through tea ceremony, space is held for reflection, presence, and reconnection — both individually and together.

 

In the stillness of tea, emotions may surface, insights may arise, or a deep sense of calm may settle. Each person is free to experience their own inner process while sharing a collective field of quiet attention.

 

Tea brings a sense of grounding, harmony, and togetherness, gently dissolving roles and distinctions. What remains is presence, listening, and a simple recognition of shared humanity.
