Questions

These are some of the questions people often arrive with.

If yours isn’t here, you’re welcome to reach out.

Do I need experience with yoga, sound, or meditation?

No. Sessions are guided gently and held in a way that meets you where you are, whether this is your first experience or part of a long-standing practice.

2

What if I feel emotional, uncomfortable, or tired during a session?

All responses are welcome. Sessions are held with care and sensitivity, allowing space for rest, release, or stillness as needed.

3

Is this work physical, energetic, or emotional?

It often touches all three, though each person’s experience is different. The focus remains on safety, presence, and listening to the body’s signals.

4

Do I need to do anything during a session?

No. You’re invited to arrive as you are and follow simple guidance. Much of the work supports receiving rather than effort.

5

Is this suitable if I’m feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or burnt out?

Yes. Many people come to this work seeking rest, grounding, and a pause from the pace of daily life.

6

How do I know which offering is right for me?

You don’t need to decide alone. You’re welcome to reach out, and together we can find what feels most supportive right now.

7

Is this a one-off experience or an ongoing journey?

Both are possible. Some people come for a single session; others return over time. You’re free to move at your own pace.
